Different categories

When talking about tools within e-Learning there is one important difference: the moment we use the tool.

A tool can be used:

• during the design and development phase (as a production tool);
  
  
• during the delivery of the learning process (as a learning tool).

Sometimes it is fuzzy where to place a tool, especially when learners are creating content. In this cases the creation takes place during the learning process.

Within this section we will explain about both categories and we will explain briefly what it does.
