In this WBT we covered the main topics and subject of the complicated, complex and challenging world of e-Learning. A world about people, processes, inspiration and creativity.

You saw that e-Learning can be a very didactically rich solution if you design it in the right way, if you are picking the right pieces of the puzzle. We talked about the different media forms and their educational characteristics and we showed different delivery methods, including podcasting.

To give you a clear view on how to select the right elements we talked about the 3 main didactical models and we showed some (dis)advantages of e-Learning.

These theory came together in some examples, cases of the XEROX, CIA and school organizations.
